   I feel like whenever I try to go down the pole, it squeaks way louder, and it’s not smooth. I “inch” down and it’s super awkward.

   lesson 1 was a great refresher! I often forget proper form. My fireman still needs work – I find that my left side fireman is worse and I have such little momentum. I suspect it’s my arms …

   Tara,

   You dance beautifully! I love the way you model the move first several times and then thoroughly break it down!

   But I can’t get my feet off the floor. I’m not strong enough yet to hold myself up. What can I do modify this? I feel like there needs to be a beginning beginners segment to even be able to gain enough strength and grip do spins.

   I’m exited to learn more!!!!
