Question, i don’t have my splits yet. so how will it should look like when i’m doing the done where the chest is flat on the ground and the opposite hand is reaching towards the bent leg?
I finish the videos of the section and for some reason I have to click ‘mark complete’ like 20 times for it to be marked as complete … How can i fix it?

Hi Lu! You just have to lay further away from your leg, the hips and the split itself will turn more sideways, but that’s fine
